Sterling bank Limited seems to be having unpleasant times with some of its customers recently for various reasons ranging from failed transactions to poor customer relations and according to the various allegations online, this has been a constant routine with the bank’s services.
Businesstimes.ng going through Sterling Bank’s social media handles noticed several complains made by various customers and one of such is one where a customer accused the bank of allegedly stealing his money, the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000) without getting debit alert to it.
The numerous complaints by the bank’s customers shows that the bank seems to be dropping its standard and possibly, not credible enough safeguard the finances of its customers under its care.
With the constant challenges encountered with the bank, there is strong need for the Central Bank of Nigeria to look into the alleged failed handling of queries by the bank and call them to order.
